Send Us Your Poems
Our first reading period opens January 1, 2027 and closes April 30, 2027. Submissions are not yet open — check back, or follow us on Substack or Instagram to know the moment they are.

What to Send
- 3–5 poems per submission, in a single document.
- Any form or style — formal, free verse, sequences, and prose poems are all welcome.
- Previously unpublished work only. This includes work posted publicly on personal blogs or social media.
- Simultaneous submissions are fine — just let us know right away if a piece is accepted elsewhere, and withdraw it here.
- One submission per poet per reading period, please.
Formatting
- Submit as a single PDF or Word document (.pdf, .doc, or .docx).
- Standard manuscript format: 12pt readable font, single-spaced within poems, a new page per poem.
- Please don't include your name or contact information anywhere in the manuscript file — we read all submissions with identifying details removed.
- A brief third-person bio (2–3 sentences) can go in your Submittable cover note.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all submissions within 8–12 weeks of the reading period closing. If you haven't heard from us after 12 weeks, feel free to check in.
Rights
We ask for first publication rights and the right to keep your work in our online archive. All other rights remain with you, the poet.

When our reading period opens, submissions will be accepted through Submittable.
